Our Policy

Rental Policy:
For reservations please call 315-357-4981.

  • A deposit of 25% of your total rental is required with initial reservation. This is your security deposit and will be returned after you leave if your cottage is left without damage. 50% of your rental is due 30 days from the first payment and your final 50% payment is due upon arrival.
  • Payment is accepted by Personal check, money order or cash only - Credit cards are not accepted.
  • Occupancy is limited to the maximum stated for each cottage.
  • All cottages are NON-SMOKING inside the cottage.
  • Check-in time is 2 PM or after.
  • Check-out time is 10 AM or before.

 

 

Pet Policy:
We love pets and they are allowed to stay with you in our cottages. Please note the following rules:
  • Please keep dogs leashed when outside
  • Clean up after your pets
  • Pets must be well-behaved
  • Kennels are available nearby
  • You can walk your dog on pet trails
